Job Summary:
Preparing and serving specialty drinks, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. • Operate tea brewing equipment and maintain cleanliness of the work area. • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items. • Handle transactions using the POS system. • Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations while preparing food items. • Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods. • Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and support each other during shifts. • Ability to lift, move, or up to 25lb on a regular basis and up to 40lb on an occasional basis Job.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a boba shop or food service environment is preferred but not required. • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting. • Familiarity with POS systems, is advantageous. • Ability to follow food handling guidelines and maintain cleanliness standards. • Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor to engage with customers effectively. • Able to work flexible hours, including daytimes, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed is a big plus.
