Two weeks of hands-on training focused on Blackjack fundamentals
Audition required at the end of Week 2 to qualify for casino floor placement

As a Blackjack Dealer School Candidate, you will take part in a structured training program designed to teach you the skills needed to become a successful Table Games Dealer. During dealer school, you will:
Learn the rules, procedures, and variations of Blackjack and other table games.
Develop skills in handling cards, chips, and cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Understand game security and how to protect company assets while ensuring fair play.
Practice delivering excellent guest service by engaging with players in a courteous and professional manner.
Gain knowledge of company policies, departmental procedures, and state gaming regulations.
This program is designed to prepare you for success as a Table Games Dealer, providing hands-on training, guidance, and support every step of the way.
BRING US YOUR BEST.You must be 21 or older and eligible for a valid gaming license.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule - nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
Excited to learn at Dealer School where you'll be trained on table games, policies, and procedures.
