An OG of the modern Denver dining scene, Root Down's farm-centric menu features eclectic, globally-influenced seasonal cuisine, with a focus on organic and locally-sourced ingredients. Salary Range : $65,000 - $75,000 per year

Requirements
  • The ability to multi-task and perform in a high-volume atmosphere
  • A broad range of restaurant management experience encompassing different styles of service and cuisine in chef driven, culinary driven food concepts
  • Knowledge and experience with wine, beer, and specialty cocktails
  • Experience with events management and oversight is a plus
  • A professional, polished manner and elite customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn, manage, and communicate extensive ingredient & product knowledge

  • Physical stamina to stand & move throughout the duration of a shift
  • Open availability including nights & weekends
  • Must be able to lift over 20lbs multiple times per shift
