Job description

Hybrid BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)

Gastonia, North Carolina

Autism 360

Meaningful Work. Real Support. Better Balance.

You became a BCBA to change lives — not to feel chained to a clinic five days a week.

At Autism 360, we’ve built something different.

We’re growing in Gastonia, NC and looking for a passionate BCBA who wants to do incredible clinical work while maintaining flexibility and balance. This is a unique hybrid opportunity designed for clinicians who value both strong collaboration and the ability to work remotely.

Because when BCBAs feel supported, kids thrive.

Why BCBAs Love Autism 360

A Clinical Environment Designed to Prevent Burnout

We believe quality care starts with supported clinicians — not impossible caseloads and constant pressure.

At Autism 360, you’ll have the flexibility to complete much of your work remotely while still maintaining meaningful in-person collaboration and clinical connection during your onsite weeks.

Our Shelby Center Features:

  • Outdoor playgrounds and movement-friendly spaces

  • Sensory rooms and individualized therapy rooms

  • Group learning environments for social development

  • Strong staffing and support ratios

  • A calm, collaborative atmosphere

This is a place where you can think clinically, collaborate intentionally, and provide meaningful care without feeling overwhelmed every day.

A Truly Hybrid BCBA Role

This role was intentionally designed to provide flexibility without sacrificing clinical quality.

What Hybrid Looks Like:
  • Minimum of 1 in-person week per month at our Gastonia center

  • The remainder of your schedule can be completed remotely

We maintain a strong commitment to quality clinical care and therapist support, which is why meaningful in-person collaboration remains an important part of the role.

Compensation
  • $85,000 – $95,000 salary range (based on experience and competency)

  • Up to $20,000 annual bonus potential

  • Bonus structure focused on consistency and clinical quality

  • No excessive billable pressure tied to bonuses

Benefits & Support

We invest heavily in our clinicians because great people deserve great support.

Benefits Include:

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • 401(k)

  • 3+ weeks PTO

  • Paid maternity & paternity leave

  • In-house CEUs

  • Ongoing mentorship and collaboration

  • Leadership and growth opportunities

  • Company laptop provided

Schedule Designed for Real Life
  • Monday – Friday

  • Flexible scheduling

  • No evenings

  • No weekends

  • No major holidays

This role is ideal for BCBAs looking for greater flexibility, improved work-life balance, and the ability to remain highly impactful without being onsite full-time.

The Kind of Team You’ve Been Looking For

At Autism 360, we’re intentional about the kind of workplace we create.

We want our clinicians to:

  • Feel supported by leadership

  • Have time to think clinically

  • Collaborate with teammates who care

  • Grow professionally

  • Maintain healthy work-life balance

  • Love the work they do again

If you’re looking for a BCBA role where you can make a meaningful impact while still being present for your own life — we’d love to meet you.
