What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Weekend Baylor nurse?

To thrive as a Weekend Baylor nurse, you need a valid nursing license (LPN or RN), clinical expertise in patient care, and experience with acute or long-term care settings. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs), medication administration systems, and shift scheduling tools is commonly required.
