Bartender/Server
Hourly Rate: $10 per hour ( Guaranteed minimum of $20/hr during shifts regardless of tips)
Job Location: 7407 Six Forks Rd, Raleigh, NC 27615
Availability: Flexible scheduling REQUIRED with mandatory weekend availability - Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
Advancements: Opportunities to become a Lead Bartender (leadership roles include team guidance, event coordination, training support, and drink program leadership)
Eligibility Requirement:
• All applicants must be at least 21 years of age to be considered for this position
• Minimum of 1 year bartending experience REQUIRED
• Previous serving experience REQUIRED
What You'll Be Doing
Guest Experience & Check-In:
Welcome guests with energy and excitement while helping create an unforgettable entertainment experience from the moment they walk through the doors.
Battle & Birdie Event Support:
Assist with birthday parties, corporate events, and group outings - helping with setup, food running, drink service, and ensuring guests have an incredible time.
Food & Beverage Service:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering exceptional food and beverage service in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of cocktails, beer, and bar operations is highly preferred.
Tactical Laser Tag Operations:
Assist guests with laser tag experiences by explaining rules, helping with equipment, and maintaining a fun, safe, and high-energy atmosphere throughout gameplay.
Cleanliness & Safety:
Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready environment throughout the facility, bar, and dining areas.
Teamwork Makes the Dream Work:
Work closely with fellow team members to keep operations smooth, upbeat, and guest-focused during busy weekends and events.

Friendly and outgoing personality with strong communication skills
Previous bartending and serving experience in high-volume environments
Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced setting
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Strong knowledge of mixed drinks, cocktails, and responsible alcohol service
