The Role
The Barback is responsible for providing supplies and providing the bartender with items upon request that help assure exceptional guest service specifically in the Concessions environment.

Responsibilities:
The Barback is responsible for providing supplies and providing the bartender with items upon request in a timely manner to help assure exceptional guest service. Delivers stock to all Concessions stands, portables, and commissaries. Shows flexibility in rotating assignments. Helps keep assigned areas clean and organized.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for stocking bar items and filling the ice bins as needed and anticipating bar needs throughout the shift.
  • Ensures prompt, quality service is provided.
  • Assists in keeping all areas clean and organized.
  • Assists in receiving and storing food and beverage deliveries.
  • Assist in keeping all areas clean and organized.
  • Restocks stands with products in an efficient manner according to transfer dockets provided by Management.
  • Inspects stands for deficiencies and reports any and all concerns to Management.
  • Assists with moving any equipment as required for events throughout the venue.
  • Shows flexibility by rotating to other service locations when necessary.

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to read, speak and write English in order to communicate with staff and guests
  • Ability to work all venue events and maintain a flexible schedule to meet service demand levels, including extended hours, days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work in an open aired environment during all climate conditions
  • Must be punctual and dependable
  • Must maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance in accordance with company and venue standards
  • Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant standing, reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette preferred
  • Ability to effectively listen and take direction from management
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting

Licenses & Certifications:
Required - RAMP certification (can be provided by Legends upon hiring if necessary)
Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.
