As a Barback, you'll be an essential part of our team, helping keep bar operations running smoothly while supporting the delivery of outstanding service to every guest.

Starting at $18.00/hr+, based on experience


What You'll Do

As a Barback, you'll provide behind-the-scenes support that helps the bar team operate efficiently and deliver outstanding service. Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare garnishes and juice citrus fruits; label and date containers.
  • Stock the bar with alcohol and supplies before opening and replenish items throughout the shift.
  • Fill ice machines and change beer kegs as needed.
  • Clean bar glassware and dishes.
  • Maintain clean counters and surrounding bar stools, tables, and chairs.
  • Take orders and enter them into the POS system as needed.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions.
  • Empty trash, clear tables, and transport tableware to the dish room as needed.
  • Assist with closing duties, including restocking bar supplies for the next shift.
  • Mop the floor behind the bar.

Must be at least 18 years of age
GED or High School Diploma required
