What You Will Do:
- Create a diverse range of handcrafted cocktails, mocktails, and other specialty beverages with precision, using high-quality ingredients, and both modern and classic techniques.
- Continually innovate and introduce new and exciting drink creations.
- Provide exceptional service to guests by providing warm welcomes, maintaining high standards of service and engaging with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Offer recommendations and suggestions based on their tastes, ensuring a personalized and enjoyable experience.
- Efficiently and accurately take and prepare drink orders quickly with attention to detail and presentation. Ensure all orders are prepared in compliance with company standards and specific customer requests.
- Demonstrate an extensive understanding of classic and contemporary mixology with various spirits, liqueurs, bitters, and other ingredients.
- Follow and maintain proper standards of sanitation, safety and hygiene protocols.
- Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Process customer payments accurately, handle cash responsibly, and maintain a secure cash register.
About You:
- 1-2 years of prior Bartender experience demonstrating proficiency in a wide variety of cocktails and beverages.
- Knowledge and understanding of various spirits, ingredients, and techniques.
- Excellent verbal communication skills to engage and interact with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail, prioritizing tasks, and delivering excellent service.
- Able to stand, walk, bend, stoop and reach throughout shift.
- Able to lift 35lbs without assistance
- At least 21 years of age.
- Team player, personable and friendly attitude.
- A plus but not required if you have relevant certifications, such as SERV Safe, Alcohol, TIPS (Training for Intervention Procedures) or equivalent.
