Key Responsibilities
- Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs for all beverage outlets within the Resort
- Ensure that all food and beverage products are consistently prepared and served according to the venue's recipes, portioning, and serving standards.
- Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations are met daily.
- Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following preventative maintenance programs
- Ensure that the bartenders/barbacks are providing all orders on time and made with quality and consistency, according to specifications.
- Assist Manager to develop, coach, and train new staff and existing staff in all areas of managerial and professional development
What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment, work under pressure and meet deadlines with particular attention to detail.
- 3 years extensive experience in bar, restaurant, kitchen, hotel, resort management preferred
- Flexible long hours are sometimes required; that could include nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.
