Job Purpose & Scope
Responsible for assisting Digital Banking management in all duties within the Digital Banking department including enrolling and maintaining customers in Voice Banking, Internet Banking, ATM/debit cards, online account opening, and ATM/mobile deposit review, and in providing assistance/guidance to branch employees. Performs initial and ongoing problem analysis when system problems occur.
Essential Job Functions
  1. Assists branch employees with Digital Banking related issues.
  2. Verifies, orders, and processes ATM/debit cards.
  3. Verifies and enrolls customers in Online and Mobile Banking.
  4. Verifies and assists customers within online account opening.
  5. Verifies and performs review on ATM/Mobile deposit review.
  6. Performs routine maintenance requests from customers and branches on ATM/debit cards.
  7. Performs routine maintenance requests on customer accounts in Voice and Internet Banking. 8. Scans and indexes Digital Banking forms.
  8. Answers customer service related telephone calls when necessary.
  9. Maintains good punctuality and attendance at work.
  10. Follows Bank policy, procedures, and guidelines.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  1. Knowledge of online and digital banking systems.
  2. Knowledge of imaging systems.
  3. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  4. Ability to demonstrate excellent and effective customer service skills.
  5. Ability to work independently without close supervision.
  6. Ability to adapt well to change.
  7. Ability and desire to respond promptly to customer needs.
  8. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  9. Ability to troubleshoot issues on standard, sensitive, and/or complex accounts.
  10. Ability to demonstrate accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
  11. Ability to interact effectively and professionally with management and staff at all levels.
  12. Ability to train and mentor junior staff.
  13. Ability to learn, follow, and interpret Bank policies and procedures.
  14. Ability to work extended hours as necessary to accomplish work objectives.
  15. Skill in using computer and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Basic Qualifications
  1. High school diploma or equivalent required.
  2. Minimum of one (1) year of experience using a computer, including Microsoft Word and Excel, required.
  3. Experience interacting with people and displaying excellent service skills, demonstrated through work, military and/or education, required.
