What You'll Do
As a Graphic Designer, you'll play a key role in supporting Trumark's brand and marketing initiatives:
Create high quality visual designs: Develop assets across digital, print, and social channels including advertisements, emails, brochures, presentations, and signage.
Maintain brand consistency: Apply Trumark's brand standards across all materials, ensuring accuracy in typography, color, imagery, and layout.
Support marketing campaigns: Design creative assets that align with campaign goals, product launches, and member engagement strategies.
Translate ideas into visuals: Turn creative briefs into clear, engaging concepts and contribute to brainstorming and campaign development.
Collaborate across teams: Partner with marketing, digital, UX, and product teams to deliver cohesive and user focused design solutions.
Manage and execute projects: Handle multiple design projects, prepare production ready files, and maintain organized asset libraries while meeting deadlines.
What You Bring to the Table
Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, UX UI Design, or a related field preferred.
Experience: 5 years of professional graphic design experience in an agency or in house creative or marketing team.
Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience with Figma or Sketch preferred. Working knowledge of HTML and CSS to support effective handoff to developers. Strong conceptual design skills with the ability to execute ideas from concept through final production.
Work Style: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high quality standards in a fast paced environment. Strong attention to detail and problem solving mindset.
Preferred: Experience working with evolving brand identity systems, basic motion design experience using tools such as After Effects, experience designing within financial services or other regulated industries, and knowledge of accessibility standards for digital design.
