  • Concept, design, and build high-impact sales and pitch assets for Commercial Strategy, Global Partnerships, New Business Ventures, Business Analytics, and internal Creative initiatives.
  • Develop visual frameworks and storytelling systems that elevate how we present brand stories, campaigns, and partnership opportunities.
  • Create mockups and proof-of-concept visuals that showcase how brand integrations come to life in partnership campaigns that elevate available inventory and assets (e.g. in-arena signage, digital, social, experiential, broadcast).
  • Design infographics and data visualizations that simplify complex information into digestible, memorable visuals.
  • Build and maintain reusable slide templates and presentation systems that ensure consistency across all Pacers Sports & Entertainment brands.
  • Partner with Commercial Strategy, Global Partnerships, and New Business Ventures to craft visual narratives for partner recaps, renewals, and new business pitches.
  • Collaborate with Business Analytics to visualize performance data, ROI, and insights in ways that are clear, credible, and visually engaging.
  • Support creative leadership with internal presentations, campaign recaps, and concept decks that align cross-functional teams.
  • Integrate multimedia elements (motion, animation, video snippets) when appropriate to enhance storytelling and presentation flow.
  • Ensure brand continuity and visual excellence across all materials representing Pacers Sports & Entertainment.
  • This role may require you to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
