Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for enterprise Java applications
Implement secure, compliant DevOps practices aligned with legal and regulatory requirements
Support containerized Java workloads running on Kubernetes and Docker
Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment
Enforce security, policies, secrets management, and access controls across environments
Monitor and respond to incidents, outages, and security events (IOC, alerts, vulnerabilities)
Work closely with Java development teams to optimize build, release, and deployment processes
Improve platform reliability, performance, and scalability
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical documentation

Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Platform Engineering
Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines
Proven expertise with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments
Solid experience supporting enterprise Java applications (Spring Boot, microservices, APIs, batch jobs)
Strong understanding of CI/CD, Git workflows, build automation (Maven/Gradle)
Experience implementing security, compliance, and policy enforcement in DevOps pipelines
Ability to troubleshoot application, pipeline, and infrastructure issues
