Pay Range: $25 - $30/Hour on W2 (All inclusive) - Applicants must be willing to work on W2
Role Descriptions:
- Checking all conference rooms on a regular basis o Test all aspects of rooms equipment § Hardware power status confirmation § Battery levels on items like remotes § Confirm correct functionality of all audio and video features § Troubleshooting technical issues § Work with vendors as needed to resolve issues o Ensure rooms are in good looking order § Work with facilities to remedy any physical needs of the space
- Utilize monitoring solutions to quickly identify and respond to issues
- Assist users with immediate room issue or needs o Troubleshoot active problems in person o Work with vendors as needed to resolve issues
- AV Training o Hold regular training sessions with the site § Usage of the equipment § Best practices § General AV support questions
- Track and respond to ServiceNow work request
- Work with the greater AV group on implementing changes to the AV environment at your local site
- Point person for all AV needs your site has
- Special Projects; work with other team members or manager on AV oriented projects
