Job Summary:
1872 Consulting is seeking an Audio Visual Analyst to join their team. The role involves managing video conferencing infrastructure, collaborating with IT staff for AV needs, and developing documentation for the audio and video conferencing environment.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain and manage the video conferencing infrastructure including hardware, software, and resource allocation.
• Maintain video conference schedule utilizing EMS Legal room reservation and scheduling software solution.
• Collaborate with local Information Technology staff on all AV and meeting needs including, but not limited to depositions, hearings, in-house trials and special events.
• Coordinate and collaborate with the Conference Services group for all meeting related requests and requirements.
• Train on-site Information Technology staff to support video conferencing setups, end point configurations, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain documentation of the audio and video conferencing environment including operational guidelines, processes, procedures, and quality assurance checklists.
• Monitor internal ticketing queue for related hardware and audio-visual issues and requests.
• Research new video conferencing technologies for testing and implementation.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3+ years direct experience with Cisco video conferencing systems and audio-visual concepts.
• Understanding of H323, SIP, and other related protocols.
• Understanding of IP and ISDN network fundamentals.
• Experience with video conference systems including bridges, gateways, gatekeepers, MCUs and end points.
• Experience with Webex for audio and collaboration solutions.
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred:
• Experience with CMS/CMM
• Experience with online collaboration products including Webex, MS Teams and Zoom
• Experience with EMS Legal or similar room/resource reservation and scheduling tool.
