Caregiver/CNA Position

Are you an experienced caregiver/CNA looking to work part-time or on the weekends? Are you passionate about caring for others while ensuring their safety and well-being?

SYNERGY HomeCare is looking for caregivers/CNAs to assist our clients that are compassionate, caring and experienced at assisting those in need with all levels of care.

We are seeking caregivers/CNAs that are available to work on weekends in our service area (Barrington, Inverness, Huntley, Algonquin, Wauconda and Island Lake).

Shifts can range from 1 hour to 12 hours, Saturday and Sunday.

Requirements:

  • Pass a criminal background check with no disqualifying offenses
  • Have previous experience in a home care or health care setting
  • Familiarity and experience caring for persons with Alzheimer's/dementia
  • Ability to provide assistance with all ADL's
  • Hoyer lift experience
  • Must be reliable
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Have good communication skills
