Job description

We are looking for several Cable & Wire Assembly workers needed for our client in Foxborough, MA. 
  • Shift: 7 - 3:30pm
  • Pay:  $21
Responsibilities: 
 

Responsible for the precise assembly of electrical cables, harnesses, circuit boards, and related components. Duties include soldering, harnessing, wire preparation, and ensuring all work meets quality standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble electrical cables, harnesses, and circuit boards according to detailed instructions and schematics
  • Perform precision soldering and wire termination tasks
  • Prepare, strip, and connect wires as required for assemblies
  • Inspect and test completed assemblies to ensure compliance with company quality standards
  • Document production data and maintain accurate records of assembly work
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols
  • Communicate with engineering and quality teams to resolve technical issues

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in assembly of electrical components, including cables and circuit boards
  • Proficient in soldering and wire handling techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and assembly instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
