Job description

Location: Onsite – Kenosha, WI
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday–Thursday, 2:30 PM – 12:00 AM (includes shift differential)

What You’ll Do

  • Assemble precision medical device components and subassemblies using tools, equipment, and approved procedures
  • Follow blueprints, work instructions, and torque specifications to ensure product quality
  • Perform assembly tasks such as gluing, painting, and component bonding
  • Conduct in-process quality checks to maintain compliance and performance standards
  • Troubleshoot assembly processes and workflow issues as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation and production records within ERP systems
  • Support workflow efficiency, inventory tracking, and preventative maintenance efforts
  • Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Meet production, quality, and efficiency targets
  • Cross-train and support additional operations as needed

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of mechanical assembly experience preferred
  • Experience in ISO or FDA-regulated environments is a plus
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical work instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Temperature-controlled manufacturing setting
  • Exposure to machinery, hand tools, and chemicals
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods (up to 12 hours)
  • Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Perform repetitive movements, bending, and twisting

Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday–Thursday, 2:30 PM – 12:00 AM (includes shift differential)
Budgeted Hours: 40-50 Hrs. per week
