Available Shifts (Full-Time):
  • First Shift: Monday - Friday, 6 AM - 2:30 PM or 8 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Weekend shift offering a unique schedule with built-in flexibility during the week:
    • Work 24 hours on the weekend (Saturday & Sunday, 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
    • Plus 16 hours during the week (Monday-Friday)
    • You choose your weekday hours. Pick any shifts that fit your schedule
  • Night Shift: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Join our team in Springfield, TN! We're hiring Assembly Technicians to build high-quality products used in aerospace, automotive, and green energy. Choose full-time Night or Weekend shifts. No experience? No problem - we train you!
Our Assembly Technicians work mostly by hand assembling materials that help build lighter, stronger, and more sustainable products used in high-tech industries like aerospace, automotive, marine, and green energy. This is a hands-on role that requires focus, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude.
What You'll Do:
  • Assemble products by hand using materials, patterns, and work instructions (some use of equipment like heat seaming or sewing machines)
  • Follow written work instructions, drawings, and blueprints
  • Check equipment for safe operation and perform light maintenance when needed
  • Communicate ideas for improvement with supervisors and teammates
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Work both independently and as part of a team

What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Willingness to learn and follow directions
  • Ability to read and understand basic work instructions and diagrams
  • Team mindset and strong communication skills

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform tasks involving pushing, pulling, bending, and reaching.
