If you take pride in producing high-quality work and thrive in a team environment, we'd love to meet you.


What You'll Do
  • Assemble electronic consoles and components for commercial fitness equipment according to work instructions and quality standards. 
  • Install wiring harnesses, displays, touchscreens, circuit boards, and other electronic components. 
  • Perform functional testing to verify consoles operate correctly before shipment. 
  • Identify and report quality concerns or production issues. 
  • Read and follow assembly drawings, work instructions, and specifications. 
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely and effectively. 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. 
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality and efficiency. 
  • Work collaboratively with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to resolve assembly issues. 

What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required. 
  • Experience assembling electronic or mechanical components is a plus. 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. 
  • Ability to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures. 
  • Basic computer skills. 
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. 
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work well as part of a team.
