Job description

Position Summary

This apprenticeship is a unique opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain real-world experience in the hydraulic and industrial hose industry. As a Mobile Service Technician (MSST) Apprentice, you will work part-time in our warehouse and alongside experienced MSST’s to learn the ins and outs of our operations. Upon successful completion of your academic program, you will be eligible for a full-time position as a Mobile Service Technician.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in warehouse operations including inventory management, hose assembly, and shipping/receiving.
  • Participate in ride-alongs with Mobile Service Technicians to observe and assist with on-site service calls.
  • Learn safety protocols, product specifications, and customer service standards.
  • Support the team with general shop maintenance and organization.
  • Attend training sessions and complete assigned learning modules.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a technical or vocational program.
  • Interest in mechanical work, field service, or industrial equipment.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean 3-year record.
