Alstar Group of Companies Ltd. has been providing quality construction services to the oil & gas industry since 1969. Located in Calgary & Leduc with projects throughout Western Canada, we are a leader in the industry for turn-key new construction, maintenance, and prefabrication.

Who You Are:

We're hiring a Structural Welder (Shop) for our Structural Department in SE Calgary (not transit accessible) for both Night and Weekend shifts. The ideal candidate is a certified Journeyman or registered 2nd or 3rd year Apprentice with experience in structural welding and fitting, preferably in the oil and gas industry.

Required certifications include CSTS-20 or CSO and CWB Flux Core (flat position minimum). Strong blueprint reading skills, fitting experience, and a solid safety record are essential.
