HTM Contractors is looking for hardworking and dependable Apprentices / Laborers who want to learn demolition, excavation, grading, site work, and heavy equipment operations.
No experience is required for the right person with a strong work ethic, good attitude, and willingness to learn.
We are building long-term careers - not just filling positions.
PAY & OPPORTUNITY
• Starting pay: $23/hr
• Overtime after 40 hours
• Quarterly performance incentives

SCHEDULE
• Monday–Friday
• Occasional weekend and outer island work

THE WORK
• Assist with demolition, excavation, grading, and site work

• Assist with traffic control, trenching, cleanup, and site preparation
