As a Plumber Apprentice you will work alongside experienced plumbers to learn the trade while assisting with installations, repairs, and maintenance on job sites. You'll be expected to arrive on time, prepared with the necessary tools and safety equipment, and contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This role requires a strong commitment to quality workmanship, following construction plans, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You'll also attend weekly safety meetings, accurately track work hours, and assist with jobsite tasks while gaining valuable hands-on experience. What you'll do
  • Delivering work that meets Company standards for quality on every project
  • Completing assigned tasks on time and within budget, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Showing up to the jobsite on time, prepared with tools and proper safety equipment

  • Following all safety protocols and actively participating in weekly safety meetings
  • Accurately completing daily timecards with correct job numbers, cost codes, and hours
  • Maintaining a clean, organized jobsite, including trailers, tools, and materials
  • Securing tools and equipment and reporting any maintenance or repair needs
  • Assisting teammates, learning on the job, and contributing to a positive crew environment
  • Attending and progressing through a local plumbing apprenticeship program, maintaining required grades and hours for advancement
