Want to join a winning team building one-of-a-kind, high-end custom homes, barns, arenas, wedding venues and other amazing buildings? Our fast-growing design/build construction firm is looking for talented carpenters to join our crews.


*Must be located in Oregon or Washington and able to be on-site in the Portland Metro area.


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in carpentry is preferred.
  • Ability to perform rough and finished carpentry work on a variety of structures.
  • Willingness to learn. Our projects are most likely a bit different than your typical framing projects so come ready to learn!
  • Exposed post and beam experience is a plus, but basic framing knowledge is required.
  • Attention to detail is a must! While we do have a fast-paced work environment, we do not sacrifice quality for speed and all of our crew members will be held accountable for the quality of their work.
  • Strong work ethic and high character.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day
  • Must work well with others and be self-motivated.
  • Must have reliable transportation


This position consists mostly of custom framing, exposed post and beam installation, siding, and tongue and groove installation.
