Daily Responsibilities
  • Assist the Service Foreman in loading the truck with proper materials required to complete the work to be performed that day.
  • Be sure to check that all items loaded on the truck are secure for the trip. Any extra tie down supplies you may need are in the warehouse, use anything you need to ensure a safe trip.
  • Prepare materials and supplies for installation process and install all materials as per standard procedures.
  • Ensure that all tools, excess materials and supplies are removed from the work site and stored, disposed of properly, or returned to the shop, as appropriate, at the end of the project or workday.
  • Maintain security procedures to protect the company's assets on the company vehicle, and on the job site.
  • Observe all safety and health rules and procedures on the job site. Some plants may require more safety equipment than others. Be sure to obey all plant safety rules.
  • Demonstrates good judgment and reasoning when faced with problem situations.
  • Demonstrates good judgment in respecting the confidentiality of customer and employee information.
  • Seeks guidance and direction in the performance of duties, as appropriate.
  • Works well with all company employees.
  • Maintains cooperative working relationship with company and customer personnel.
  • Demonstrates a high degree of morale and spirit of motivation on the job site.
  • Meets scheduled deadlines for completion of work.
  • Recognize and perform duties which need to be performed although not directly assigned.
  • Complete work assignments as defined by policy and as directed by the Service Foreman and Service Superintendent.
  • Follow all safety rules and procedures while performing your daily work schedule.

Special Position Requirements
  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
  • Physically capable of performing operations that require body movement, lifting, and similar functions sometimes at heights and adverse climatic conditions
  • Stand for longer periods of time
  • Projects may require working extended hours, nights, or weekends if needed to meet schedule and/ or goals.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work

Qualifications
  • EPDM, TPO, PVC, STANDING SEAM, SHEET METAL, BUR, MOD-BIT, FLUID APPLIED
  • Knowledge of Coating Applied systems
  • Experienced Roofers
  • Valid Driver's License Preferred
  • Familiar with OSHA regulations
  • Must be technology savvy and able to utilize a smartphone daily
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to travel*
