Position Description
Union Concrete is a longstanding family owned heavy civil contractor with a fleet of 125 vehicles from light pickups to heavy haul tractors.
UCC's truck mechanics repair, maintain and rebuild this extensive fleet. UCC's truck mechanics all work on a wide range of vehicles from all different manufacturers. Position is primarily at UCC's shop in West Seneca, NY but some field work will be required. This is a full-time year round position that includes some mandatory overtime and weekend work.
Hourly Pay Rate: $30-35 per hour

  • Company profit sharing contribution of 15% of pay once eligibility criteria met
  • Full health insurance with premium 100% funded by company regardless of type (single or family coverage)
  • 80 hrs of personal leave after one year of employment
