Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Low County Community Health Services, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough and comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
• Providing individualized therapy sessions as well as group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists and psychologists to create and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to clients’ unique needs.
• Facilitating psychoeducation workshops, group therapy sessions, and support groups to enhance clients' coping strategies and community engagement.
• Offering timely crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning to clients experiencing acute distress.
• Documenting clinical interactions and maintaining accurate records in line with ethical and legal standards, ensuring comprehensive client history is always available.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Licensed Clinical Social Worker position will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits
