Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Monitor daily delivery operations and route progress
  • Provide real-time support and guidance to Delivery Associates
  • Identify at-risk routes and coordinate rescues when needed
  • Reinforce safety expectations and respond appropriately to safety concerns
  • Help coordinate driver check-in, vehicle assignments, launch, and end-of-day closeout
  • Coach and support Delivery Associates toward improved performance
  • Communicate with LIFT 21X leadership and Amazon station personnel
  • Respond calmly and professionally to changing operational situations
  • Assist with fleet readiness, attendance, and operational documentation

Schedule

This is a full-time, four-day-per-week position consisting of extended operational shifts and a shorter weekly leadership/overlap shift. Weekend and holiday availability is required as scheduled.

Qualifications
  • 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with computers, smartphones, GPS, and multiple software applications
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions under pressure
  • Comfortable coaching, supporting, and holding team members accountable
  • Dependable and available to work the full scheduled shift
  • Previous leadership, dispatch, logistics, transportation, or delivery experience is preferred but not required
