Job description

About

3 Dogs Trucking, LLC is a Las Vegas-based Amazon Freight Partner (AFP) running middle-mile linehaul routes across the southwest region. As a locally owned small business backed by the consistency and technology of Amazon, we offer drivers steady freight volume, late-model equipment, and opportunities to advance their careers. Please note: drivers are employed by 3 Dogs Trucking, LLC, not by Amazon.

You'll run round-trip Solo 2, primarily drop-and-hook linehaul routes with no touch freight, consistent home time, and target annual earnings of $50,000–$60,000, driven by a $24.00/hour starting wage, overtime when available, and performance bonuses when eligible. On top of that, you'll get health insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) with company match.

What You'll Do
  1. Safely operate a Class A tractor trailer on assigned routes across the Southwest
  2. Execute drop-and-hook trailer exchanges at Amazon facilities and partner yards, no freight handling required
  3. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip DOT inspections and report any equipment issues promptly
  4. Maintain accurate logs via ELD and stay compliant with FMCSA Hours of Service (HOS) regulations
  5. Communicate proactively with dispatch on route status, delays, or equipment needs
  6. Represent 3 Dogs Trucking and Amazon professionally at all facilities and on the road
  7. Maintain a clean driving record and uphold company safety standards at all times
Qualifications
  1. Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record
  2. Minimum 21 years of age (per FMCSA interstate requirements)
  3. 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience preferred
  4. Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screening, and background/MVR check
  5. Clean PSP/DAC report; no major violations or CDL suspensions
  6. Comfortable with overnight routes and varying shift start times
  7. Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  8. Strong communication and time-management skills

3 Dogs Trucking, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or veteran status.
