$30-50/HR STARTING WAGE | Full-Time | St. Paul, MN

What You'll Do:

As an HVAC Installation Technician, you'll be responsible for installing residential HVAC systems with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related HVAC equipment.

• Ensure every installation meets Bonfe's high standards for workmanship and safety.
• Perform final quality inspections and system testing.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process.
• Document work and job details using ServiceTitan.
• Collaborate with dispatch, service technicians, and leadership to ensure smooth project execution.
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and provide effective solutions.
• Stay current on industry technology, products, and best practices.

What You’ll Bring:

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of HVAC installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and installation practices.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and maneuver HVAC equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software
• Sheet metal fabrication experience
• EPA Certification
• Journeyman licensing or advanced HVAC certifications
