Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
  • As a Multiline Representative, you'll build relationships with customers, help them understand their insurance options, and recommend solutions that fit their needs. This role combines customer service, relationship management, and consultative sales in a supportive team environment 
  • Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
  • Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
  • Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
    A typical day may include:
    • Helping customers review their current coverage
    • Answering questions by phone, email, and in person
    • Following up with existing customers
    • Recommending additional coverage when appropriate
    • Working with teammates to achieve office goals
