Job description

Granite State Utilities is hiring an experienced Aerial Cable Construction Foreman/Lineman to lead our field crew on telecom and utility construction projects. This is a working foreman role, meaning you will both supervise and actively participate in aerial cable installation.

We are a growing, tight-knit company looking for reliable, skilled professionals who take pride in safety, efficiency, and quality work.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage daily aerial construction crew operations
  • Install, maintain, and repair aerial cable systems
  • Read and interpret maps, prints, and utility plans
  • Ensure all work meets company, client, and safety standards
  • Monitor production and meet project timelines
  • Train and support crew members in the field


Qualifications

  • Required: Aerial cable construction experience (telecom/utility)
  • Foreman or crew leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License (preferred)
  • Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
  • Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
