Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. (YAP) is a national nonprofit that provides community-based alternatives to youth incarceration and residential placement. Founded in 1975 and headquartered in Harrisburg, PA, YAP partners with youth justice, child welfare, behavioral health, and education systems to deliver individualized, wraparound services that keep youth safely in their homes and communities.
YAP's model focuses on building strong relationships with youth and families, connecting them to local resources, and supporting positive life outcomes through strength-based, culturally responsive approaches. - High School Diploma or GED required

- Knowledge of local community resources and experience in community-based work
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance required
- Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus.
