Atdentsu, we help leading brands understand visibility across amedialandscapethat'schanging fast.We'relooking for a Senior Manager, Analytics, GEOto support measurement, reporting, and insights across traditional SEO and AI-powered discovery for a complex enterprise client.

This role is more than applying traditional SEO reporting to a new channel. As generative AI, answer engines, and LLMs reshape how people discoverinformation,you'llhelp define how that shift is measured, interpreted, and communicated.You'llwork closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to make sense of emerging signals, build practical reporting approaches, and balance analytical rigor with ongoing test-and-learn thinking. This role is ideal for a strong analytics leaderwith SEOand/or performance marketing,and enterprise reporting experience who is excited to help shape measurement in the next evolution ofemerging media.

WhatYou'llLead & Own

Measurement Strategy

  • Help shape measurement frameworks that extend SEO and performance analytics into GEOacross priority brands, workstreams, and use cases.

  • Support KPI standards across organic visibility, AI visibility, citations, answer inclusion, engagement, traffic quality, and business impact.

  • Clarify which metrics are meaningful, directional, or needadditionalcontext for client and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Translate SEO recommendationsand emerging GEO opportunitiesinto measurable learning agendas and practical reporting plans.

Reporting & Data

  • Connect key reporting inputs acrossanalytics, enterprise reporting,SEO,AI monitoring, LLM visibility, citation tracking, and answer inclusion data.

  • Builddashboardsand report standards that make performance easier to compare across brands, workstreams, and time periods.

  • Document metric definitions, data sources, reporting caveats, QA steps, and delivery expectations.

  • Improve recurring reporting processes whilemaintainingquality, consistency, and strong analytical thinking.

Performance & Learning

  • Support analyses and test-and-learn ideas tied to visibility, engagement, traffic quality, and business outcomes.

  • Communicate data limitations, confidence levels, directional signals, and open questions clearly.

  • Help interpret performance when AI visibility shifts do not directly align to site traffic or attributable outcomes.

  • Identifymeasurement gaps and recommend practical improvements for reporting, benchmarking, and decision-making.

Insights & Delivery

  • Turn complex data into clear narratives, implications, recommendations, and next steps.

  • Support performance readouts with GEO, SEO, analytics, media, content, brand, and client stakeholders.

  • Separate observations from insights and actions to keep reportingdecision-oriented.

  • Contribute to POVs and presentations on how AI-driven discovery is changing SEO, content performance, and measurement.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner with GEO, SEO,content,media,and client teams.

  • Track deliverables, dependencies, data availability, and key decision points.

  • Bring structure to ambiguous workstreams by documenting decisions, surfacing risks, and clarifyingnextsteps.

  • Flag risks early and support alignment across teams.

Team & Operations

  • Support partners and teammates with analytical judgment, QA, storytelling, and clear communication.

  • Bring hands-on analyticsexpertiseto reporting, analysis, and client-facing deliverables.

  • Help teams make data-informed decisions through clear analysis and practical recommendations.

  • Supportadoptionof new measurement approaches, tools, and reporting standards.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of analytics, SEO, digital performance, enterprise reporting, content performance, or performance marketing measurement experience.

  • Strong foundationin SEO measurement, organic search reporting, and performance marketing analytics.

  • Experience supporting KPI frameworks, measurement plans, dashboards, recurring reporting, or data QA.

  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Adobe Analytics, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar platforms.

  • Familiarity with Google Search Console and SEO platforms such as BrightEdge,Semrush,Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar toolsa plus.

  • Strong ability to turn data from multiple sources into clear narratives and actionable recommendations.

  • SQLproficiencyor experience with data transformation is aplus butnotrequired.

  • Exposure to AI monitoring, LLM visibility, AI Overview tracking, citation analysis, answer inclusion, or GEO measurement tools(Adobe LLM Optimizer, Profound,BlueFish, etc.)is a plus but notrequired.

The annual salary range for this position is80- 100K.Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factorspermittedby law.
