Dialysis Registered Nurse - Fairfax, OK

Join our dedicated team as a Dialysis Registered Nurse and make a meaningful impact in rural healthcare settings. This critical role involves providing high-quality acute dialysis services within critical access facilities in Fairfax, Oklahoma. You will be responsible for managing vascular access, performing peritoneal dialysis, and ensuring patient safety and comfort in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced RNs seeking autonomy and professional growth in a supportive, community-focused setting.

Required Skills:

  • Active Oklahoma RN license
  • Current BLS & ACLS certification
  • Prior experience in acute dialysis settings
  • Proficiency with Tablo dialysis machines
  • Experience with peritoneal dialysis using Baxter equipment
  • Ability to independently access and manage grafts, fistulas, and catheters

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Strong critical thinking and autonomous clinical decision-making
  • Comfort working in low-volume, rural healthcare environments
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Registered Nurse with relevant acute dialysis experience
  • Prior work in critical access hospital environments

Other Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work days, three shifts per week
  • Ability to work independently in rural settings
  • Willingness to travel between multiple locations if needed

Compensation:

  • Hourly Pay Rate: $28
  • Weekly per diem non taxed: $1,055
  • Weekly gross total for 40 hours: $2,175
  • Local hourly rate: $50/hr
  • 40 hours/week guaranteed
  • NO on call
  • NO weekends
  • Module training paid in full (8 hours) and must be completed before start date
