KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage haemodialysis treatments for ESRD patients in a chronic dialysis setting
  • Initiate and monitor dialysis access (fistula, graft, catheter); respond to access complications
  • Administer intravenous medications including iron dextran and EPO per protocol
  • Monitor patient haemodynamics during treatment; manage intradialytic complications
  • Complete required CMS/ESRD Network documentation accurately

REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have

  • โ˜… Active Texas RN licence or compact licence eligibility
  • โ˜… BLS certification โ€” current
  • โ˜… Minimum 1 year haemodialysis RN experience (chronic or acute)
  • โ˜… Dialysis access assessment experience

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

  • CNN certification (Certified Nephrology Nurse)
  • Acute dialysis / CRRT experience
