• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate acupuncture treatments based on individual health needs.
• Provide holistic acupuncture medicine and pain management services in collaboration with mental health counselors and other practice members.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure that equipment and linens are sanitary and ready for patient use.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with regulatory standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.
• Engage with patients by responding to inquiries and fostering a welcoming environment to build trust and rapport.
• Coordinate with internal practitioners for referrals and contribute to patient continuity of care.
• Participate in educational sessions and maintain licensure through continuing education and professional development.
• Manage personal scheduling while ensuring sufficient availability for at least 8 patient hours a week, including one evening or weekend shift.
• Adhere to ethical practice standards while actively contributing to a positive workplace culture.

• Master's degree in Acupuncture Medicine and current state licensure as an Acupuncturist.
• Two years of demonstrable experience in acupuncture practice, particularly in a multidisciplinary or mental health context.
• Strong understanding of ethical and legal regulations pertaining to acupuncture and healthcare.
• Proficiency in EHR systems to ensure efficient patient management and record-keeping.
• Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple patient treatments concurrently.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on patient-centered care and collaboration.

• Prior experience in a mental health treatment setting and familiarity with mental health diagnoses.
• Background in holistic medicine, stress management techniques, or complementary therapies.
• Experience with customer service and office administration, particularly in health care.

We offer a competitive hourly pay ranging from USD 60 to 80, based on qualifications and experience, with additional compensation structures based on patient reimbursements. Practitioners will receive 70% of patient reimbursements with weekly pay cycles.
