Familiarity with tools such as Active Directory Migration Tool (ADMT), PowerShell scripting, and backup/recovery solutions is crucial. Attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and clear communication are important soft skills for minimizing downtime and ensuring coordination during off-hours work. Collaborating closely with network, application, and support teams ensures that any issues can be quickly identified and resolved, helping the migration proceed smoothly within the tight weekend timeframe.
