We’re seeking a Team Leader to oversee the daily store operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for people, performance, and profitability—while creating a welcoming, high-energy environment for both customers and team members.


What You’ll Do:


Leading Your Team

  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop store associates and assistant team leadership
  • Create schedules and ensure proper staffing levels
  • Coach, mentor, and hold team members accountable
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and high-performing work culture

Delivering Outstanding Customer Experience

  • Ensure every customer receives fast, friendly, and high-quality service
  • Maintain store cleanliness, product availability, and brand standards
  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally

Driving Store Performance

  • Meet or exceed sales, profitability, and expense goals
  • Manage inventory, food costs, and ordering
  • Oversee cash handling, deposits, and financial reporting

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications

  • 21 years of age
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of fast food/retail management experience
  • Valid Driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation for position requirements (e.g., meetings, banking)
  • Serve Safe certification, preferred
  • Ability to utilize basic business math and accounting skills, computer skills and strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Possess strong supervisory and organizational skills
  • Must be able to work all shifts - weekends and holidays based on business needs; this position requires a minimum of 46 hours per week
