The role of the Seasonal Ranch Hand is to support the ranch operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

ยท Assist with gopher management by way of operating the PERC machine

ยท Work with team leaders to assist in spring fencing on deeded and leased land

ยท Operate equipment to harrow fields under the guidance of Ranch Manager

ยท Operate pressure washer and assist in maintaining cleanliness of equipment

ยท Other duties as assigned

Supportive Responsibilities:

ยท Maintain a favorable working relationship with all Resort and Ranch team members to foster and promote a positive working environment.

ยท Maintain a clean and neat appearance at all times.

ยท Perform work in a safe and high-quality manner.
