As a Manufacturing Engineer in Littlestown PA, your role will be to develop, optimize, and support manufacturing processes that enhance safety, efficiency, quality, and production performance within the Littlestown PA Production Unit.

You'll drive continuous improvement, implement digital manufacturing solutions, and support the successful launch of new products and processes. This role requires strong analytical abilities, technical leadership, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure stable, resilient, and highperforming production operations.

What you'll do

  • Plan, prepare, document, and complete engineering projects related to the improvement of production capacity, quality, and efficiency, while meeting time, cost, and quality targets.

  • Collaborate with various business units (R&D, sales, marketing, operations, etc.) on new product offerings, launches and introducing new products to the factory.

  • Work closely with operations to ensure efficient 3D printing and assembly and follow manufacturing standards on process release to ensure optimum production (zero defect, target output).

  • Implement time studies on existing products to improve capacity planning for assembly and support assembly on manufacturing and quality.

  • Create standard work, work instructions, and quality standards, and manage/maintain data.

  • Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence utilizing lean methods and tools within cross functional teams.

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or related discipline from an accredited institution

  • Mechanical and/or electrical engineering experience in a manufacturing environment (internship experience qualifies), knowledge of 3D Printing or additive manufacturing a plus

  • Excellent problem-solving, advanced planning, organizational, and implementation skills with a passion for results; project management experience highly preferred

  • Deep understanding of continuous improvement with effective change management skills; experience in a lean manufacturing environment (Six Sigma, PMI, etc.) ideal

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking skills with the ability to interact with senior leadership

  • Data driven with a fact-based mindset, and effective at reporting and communicating relevant information

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.

Salary: $67,200 - $ 98,549 (based on experience level)
