Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on 3D Printing Technician to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining 3D printers, preparing prints, post-processing finished parts, shipping orders, and supporting production documentation. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with digital tools as well as physical machinery, ensuring high-quality output and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain 3D printers.
  • Prepare print files
  • Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of 3D printers to minimize downtime.
  • Post-process printed parts using equipment such as cutters, grinding machines, sanding tools, and other finishing machinery.
  • Inspect printed components for accuracy, structural integrity, and finish quality.
  • Track production data, inventory, print status, and performance metrics using Google Sheets and other digital tools.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure print readiness and resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace, following all safety procedures for equipment handling.
  • Document workflows, update logs, and help improve production processes.
