What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Weekend Worker earning $21 an hour, and why are they important?

To thrive in a weekend position paying $21 an hour, you generally need reliability, basic job-specific skills (such as customer service or warehouse operations), and a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with scheduling systems, point-of-sale (POS) terminals, or relevant industry equipment may be required depending on the specific job. Strong communication, time management, and adaptability are essential soft skills to excel during busy weekend shifts.
