Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Dental Hygienist for an established outpatient dental practice in Aiken, South Carolina.
POSITION OVERVIEW
• Join an established outpatient dental practice providing preventive and patient-centered care
• Work alongside an experienced clinical team in an organized practice environment
• Manage a quality-focused patient schedule averaging 6-8 patients daily
• Opportunity to earn additional compensation through a production bonus program when eligibility requirements are met
• Weekday-only schedule with no weekend requirements
COMPENSATION
• Base Hourly Pay: $40-$44 Based on Experience
• Eligible to earn 30% of production when averaging $250 per patient
SCHEDULE
• Monday-Wednesday: 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:30 AM-3:30 PM
• 32-36 Hours Per Week
• No Weekends
