Are you energetic, outgoing, and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience? Freedom Shooting Center is looking for motivated team members with open weekday availability to join our team!

If you enjoy working with people in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for the shooting sports and outdoor industry, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do
  • Welcome customers with a friendly, professional attitude.
  • Help customers find the products they're looking for and make knowledgeable recommendations.
  • Create and update customer profiles.
  • Inform customers about current promotions, sales, and membership opportunities.
  • Process retail sales and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Serve as a Range Safety Officer to ensure a safe and enjoyable shooting experience.
  • Rent range lanes and assist customers with targets, ammunition, firearm rentals, and range accessories.
  • Work as part of a team to create an exceptional experience for every customer.
What We're Looking For
  • Friendly, positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Passion for the shooting sports and outdoor industry is a plus, but not required.

Availability Requirements
  • Must have open availability Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
  • Must be available to work opening, mid, and closing shifts as scheduled.
  • Holiday availability is required.
  • Occasional weekend availability is a plus.
  • Typical part-time schedules range from 12โ€“30 hours per week, based on business needs and performance.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely perform Range Safety Officer duties after training.
