We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Director / Manager to take ownership of our HR function. Reporting directly to top leadership, you will have a unique opportunity to build, modernize, and refine our HR operations, policies, and employee programs. If you are an organized self-starter looking to make a lasting impact, this role is for you.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

● Evaluate, modernize, and optimize company-wide HR policies, protocols, and workflows.

● Manage day-to-day, end-to-end HR functions, including talent acquisition, management, compliance, and Team Member relations.

● Collaborate directly with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with uncompromising customer service and the company’s growth.

● Drive initiatives that preserve elevate workplace culture and Team Member retention, appreciation, development and engagement.

Qualifications

● Strong background as an HR Generalist or in an all-encompassing HR management role.

● Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent hands-on experience).

● Proven track record in a lead HR role or strong second-in-command looking to step-up.

● Self-directed, highly organized, and capable of working independently.

● SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certifications are a plus.
