Job description

The Captain/Second-in-Command is tasked with ensuring the safe and proficient operation of JM Family Challenger 350 aircraft. This role involves managing flight operations to meet passenger needs, as well as performing additional duties to support department objectives. The ideal candidate will be a skilled leader with a solid commitment to safety, growth, and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct safe and efficient flight operations as Captain/Second-in-Command of the JM Family Challenger 350 aircraft
  • Ensure flights are conducted in accordance with company policies and regulations to meet passenger and departmental needs
  • Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections, manage flight planning, and ensure all flight operations are executed safely and successfully
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to maintain qualifications and stay current with industry standards
  • Take on non-flying duties as needed to support departmental objectives and contribute to team success

Qualifications:
  • Airline Transport Pilot Certificate
  • Challenger 300 or 350 Type Rating preferred
  • FAA 61.58 Pilot-in-Command check completed within the last 12 months.
  • Current FAA 1st Class Medical Certificate
  • Current FCC Radio Operator's Permit
  • Valid U.S. Passport
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License
  • 2,500 hours of total flight time preferred
  • 1,000 hours of turbine fixed-wing flight experience
  • Flexibility to work weekends and/or holidays as required
