Chief CRNA Opportunity

Leadership opportunity for a full time Chief CRNA at the Surgery Center of Naples, in beautiful Naples, Florida.

The Surgery Center of Naples is an Ambulatory Surgical Center of America Company. Team highlights include a care team model that focuses on giving everyone a voice, while supporting, respecting, and helping them to deliver care excellence.

Responsibilities include pre-anesthesia assessment, obtaining and/or verifying patient consent, discussing anesthetic options and risks with the patient, induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia, monitoring of the patient's physiological condition, and performance of clinical intervention as needed.

Requirements include a current license as a registered professional nurse, graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education, certification or recertification by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists, proven leadership skills, prior leadership experience, strong business acumen, relationship/team building abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Total rewards include a base salary of $215K, an additional chief stipend, sign on incentives of $50K for a 2 year commitment, loan repayment options, generous paid time off, CME allowance, and a generous benefits package including health, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD&D insurance, flexible spending accounts/health savings accounts, 401(k), fully paid malpractice insurance coverage, and leadership and professional development opportunities.
